Stately and dignified, this piece gets much of its beauty from the grain patterns of the alder veneer that adorns the raised panels on its frontispiece. Rounded corner posts, each enhanced with arched cathedral window moulding and carved acanthus leaves, soften the amoire profile. Dentil carving marches across crown and base. Antiqued brass hardware. Top: Behind two wrap around doors are two adjustable shelves, four tray drawers, a three-outlet receptacle with cable connection and phone jack, and a removable back panel. Will accommodate most 42-inch plasmas or up to a 50-inch DLP TV. Base: Four drawers.
Each piece of Century’s fine wood furniture is finished by hand, involving many steps. Woods have grain and color variations due to the growth pattern of each tree. The result is a beautiful and unique piece. Due to these wood variations, finishes on individual pieces are not guaranteed to match.
